Organised by Majalis Abu Dhabi, the second Majalis Summer programme has concluded in Abu Dhabi, featuring the participation of more than 2,000 individuals of various ages.
The event focused on fostering intellectual and cultural growth during the summer at 32 majalis. Workshops on AI applications were held in cooperation with the Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), 42 Abu Dhabi and Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI), while 380 Holy Qur’an memorisation classes were attended by more than 1,400 participants.
Sports activities, including a fencing programme and football matches, were provided alongside various arts workshops to drive community engagement, supporting the Abu Dhabi Family Wellbeing Strategy.
The programme’s success is a result of the unified effort of participating entities to achieve a positive impact across the Abu Dhabi community, and reflects Majalis Abu Dhabi’s long-standing effort to drive social and community engagement between Abu Dhabi Government and the emirate’s citizens and residents.
