Dentons is proud to have advised AD Ports Group on the AED 295 million sale of KEZAD Logistics Park – KLP Free Zone 3 to Mair Group. The transaction involved the divestment of a free zone industrial and logistics warehouse portfolio, together with a Musataha structure – enabling AD Ports Group to unlock value. Located within KEZAD and in close proximity to Khalifa Port, the asset spans more than 128,000m2 of land and nearly 60,000m2 of gross leasable area, supporting industrial and logistics operations with direct access to key transport corridors.
Hazel Shakur Quinn, who led the transaction, commented: “This transaction reflects AD Ports Group’s disciplined and forward-looking capital strategy – strengthening its balance sheet while preserving long-term strategic positioning through the Musataha structure. It was a pleasure to support AD Ports Group on a deal that balances value realisation with continued infrastructure growth. It was a privilege to lead such a collaborative Dentons team in delivering a smooth and commercially focused outcome for our client.”
The Dentons team was led by Hazel Shakur Quinn (Partner and Head of Middle East Real Estate) with real estate support from Tala Al Fraihy (trainee) and construction support from Kanishka Singh (partner) and Jennifer Davis (senior associate).
We are grateful to AD Ports Group for their continued trust and collaboration.
