The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) has welcomed Aramex to the partner network of its Members’ Privileges initiative, under a cooperation agreement that gives eligible member companies access to preferential rates across a broad range of shipping and logistics services. The partnership further expands the practical benefits available to Abu Dhabi’s business community through Chamber membership.
The agreement was signed on behalf of ADCCI by Fahad Al Wahdi, Director of Membership Affairs, and on behalf of Aramex by Tarek Abuyaghi, Regional Director. Through the partnership, Chamber members will have access to logistics solutions spanning domestic and international shipping, express delivery, e-commerce support, warehousing and other operational services.
Under the agreement, Aramex will offer Abu Dhabi Chamber members preferential rates representing discounts of approximately 45% to 60% against its applicable standard rates, depending on the service category, destination and relevant commercial and operational terms. The offering is designed to give businesses, particularly SMEs, more competitive access to logistics services that can help improve operational efficiency, reach customers and markets more effectively, and support expansion in the UAE and internationally. Ali Mohamed Al Marzooqi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said: “Expanding the benefits available to our business community is part of our commitment to delivering services that respond to companies’ evolving needs and support their growth and expansion. Our partnership with Aramex is a valuable addition to Members’ Privileges, providing logistics solutions and preferential rates that can help businesses operate more efficiently and reach customers and markets more effectively.”
He added: “We see Members’ Privileges as a platform that evolves alongside the needs of our business community, built through partnerships with leading organisations in sectors that matter most to businesses. Our aim is to translate these partnerships into practical benefits for our members, strengthening their competitiveness and their ability to capture growth opportunities in the UAE and beyond.”
Tarek Abuyaghi, Regional Director at Aramex, said: “Our partnership with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry reflects our commitment to supporting the business community with flexible and efficient logistics solutions that help companies manage their operations and reach customers and markets more effectively. We look forward to bringing Aramex’s logistics expertise and extensive network to Chamber members, with solutions tailored to businesses of different sizes and at different stages of growth.”
He added: “As e-commerce accelerates and businesses increasingly expand across markets, logistics has become integral to their ability to compete and grow. Through this partnership, we aim to give Abu Dhabi Chamber members greater access to our capabilities across shipping, logistics and e-commerce, supporting their ambitions to scale and pursue new opportunities.”
Beyond preferential rates, the agreement establishes a broader framework for cooperation that includes facilitating member registration and service activation, providing operational support, and organising workshops, awareness sessions and knowledge-sharing activities covering logistics, e-commerce, supply chains and operational efficiency. It also provides for a dedicated page or portal where Abu Dhabi Chamber members can access information on available services and offers, as well as registration and activation procedures, alongside a dedicated Aramex point of contact to support participating companies and address their operational requirements. Cooperation Agreement
The partnership forms part of Abu Dhabi Chamber’s continued expansion of Members’ Privileges, an initiative that turns the Chamber’s network of strategic partnerships into direct benefits and services for the business community. By working with leading organisations across sectors closely linked to business needs and growth, the initiative provides members with preferential offers and specialised services that enhance the value of Chamber membership.
