Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi will host an all-new themed buffet at its popular all-day dining restaurant, Sofra bld.
Held every Saturday, starting from April 7th, the ‘Vibrant Southeast Asia’ dinner is a celebration of cuisines from Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia.
A wide variety of signature dishes set the stage for exploration, moving from Myanmar’s traditional Mohinga soup and Singaporean chili crab to Mok gai from Laos and Malaysian oxtail soup. All-time favourites like Thai curries, chicken adobo from the Philippines, Vietnamese spring rolls and Indonesian nasi goreng also make an appearance.
Available every Saturday from 5.30pm until 11pm, the ‘Vibrant Southeast Asia’ dinner buffet at Sofra bld is priced at AED 180* per person. A beverage package is on offer for an additional AED 40*.
Sofra bld will also offer a 20% discount on its Friday brunch and its theme nights hosted on Mondays to Thursdays and Saturdays. To avail the discount, guests can either book through the website or via telephone and quote the promocode “RINGINTHESPRING”.
