The Galleria on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi is welcoming residents and visitors to celebrate Eid Al Adha with an array of family-friendly activities for all to enjoy. The luxury shopping and dining hub will be transformed into the destination of choice to enjoy cultural activities during one of the holiest events in the Islamic calendar. Commencing on Monday 20thuntil Friday 24thAugust, The Galleria welcomes the local community and visitors to the city, from 3pm through until 9pm each day.
During the five day event, visitors can relax in the Arabian tent, located in front of the newly opened L’ETO café, and sample the traditional coffee and dates on offer. Next to the hospitality tent, guests will receive personalised Arabic calligraphy samples, as well as bespoke sand bottle art.
To add extra excitement to the first three days of Eid Al Adha, ayyalah performances will captivate visitors in the Great Room on Level 1 and will officially open the much-anticipated celebrations.
Guaranteed to keep children entertained, there is a busy schedule of fun arts and crafts located on Level 2, in front of Magnolia Bakery. To continue the creative theme, guests can also experience complimentary henna applications located on Level 1, in front of Almaz by Momo.
