Siadah Development announced the launching the sales of the residential units in Al Mahra Residence Project located in Masdar city, Abu Dhabi.
The company organized a meeting with a large number of real estate brokerage companies operating in the country at the headquarters of Siadah Development in Masdarcity, in order to introduce the project, its features and the services provided to the buyers and residents.
Mr. ChawquiDerradji, founding member and CEO of Siadah Development, said that the project has received a great interest from investors wishing to buy and own properties, either UAE Nationals, residents or even non-residents.
Mr. ChawquiDerradjiadded that the company registered bookings on 30% of the project to date, expressing his expectation to reach the 100%by end of this year, Prices for residential units start from AED 520 thousand.
He noted that Al Mahra Residence Project enjoys a prime location within Masdar City, and has a variety of residential units to suit the requirements of buyers and investors. The founding member and CEO of Siadah Development pointed out that the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi remains attractive, prompting the company to launch a new real estate project on Yas Island. He also added that the company is considering a number of options for real estate investment in Abu Dhabi in the coming period.
Al Mahra Residence Project comprises two medium-rise buildings, providing approximately 300 fully equipped residential units, with a distinctive view of the main streets and the surrounding sustainable city.

The project is scheduled to be completed by the second quarter of 2021, confirming the company’s commitment to complete the project on time.
