The Mubadala Community Cup presented by Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (MCC), the region’s largest amateur tennis competition, is serving up another exceptional treat when it returns to Abu Dhabi and Dubai for its 12th edition from 8 November 2019. The winners of each of the 14 MCC events will feature in a clinic alongside one of the world’s best players at the Mubadala World Tennis Championship this December.
The Mubadala Community Cup presented by Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, attracts more than 300 budding tennis players eager to showcase their skills in a knock-out competition across six categories: 10s & Under (Mixed); 12s & Under (Mixed); 14s & Under (Boys & Girls), Ladies Singles, Men’s Singles, and Adult Mixed Doubles.
This year, there will be a playoff match with the winners from Abu Dhabi facing the winners of Dubai during the Mubadala World Tennis Championship (MWTC) 2019 at the International Tennis Centre at Zayed Sports City, from 19-21 December, with each category winner, runner-up and lucky pick earning a once-in-a-lifetime session with one of the eight player line-up featuring six of the world’s best male players and two leading female players.
Mubadala World Tennis Championship 2019 is expected to be fiercely competitive with two of the top 10 male players, World No. 2 Rafael Nadal and World No. 4 Daniil Medvedev, already confirmed. Maria Sharapova and Amanda Anisimova have also been secured for the women’s match on Day One, which has added appeal with kids 12 and under going FREE!

Format:
- The Mubadala Community Cup will employ a round robin format ensuring that each participant players a minimum of two matches. Winners of each pool will face off in a quarter or semi-final match, depending on the number of round robin groups
- All matches are played with a first to 5 games with a short deuce
