Yas Marina Circuit’s world-class hospitality returns for the FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX 2021, the region’s most popular sports and entertainment extravaganza. Highlights of this year’s hospitality include a collaboration with celebrity chef, Greg Malouf, and fine-dining restaurants Alici, Il Borro, and Nobu.
Malouf is one of Australia’s most influential chefs and is widely credited with changing the way we experience and understand Middle Eastern food using his Lebanese heritage for inspiration. Over the course of the weekend, he will be cooking his style of Middle Eastern cuisine, fusing the traditional cooking of the region with modern western techniques, in the North Grandstand of hospitality.
