Aldar Properties (‘Aldar’) is embarking on its first sales roadshow in Egypt in response to increased demand for residential properties in Abu Dhabi. The roadshow, which commences on Saturday 6 November, will showcase a range of apartments and villas in premium freehold developments on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island including Water’s Edge, Mayan, and Yas Acres.
Aldar has seen vast interest from Egyptian customers looking to buy homes in Abu Dhabi. 60 percent of potential buyers surveyed by Aldar indicated that they prefer a central popular location in Abu Dhabi as opposed to investing in property located in the outskirts of the Emirate. 59 percent indicated that they prefer apartments, 41 percent prefer villas and townhouses, while the remining two percent are interested in purchasing land plots. Buyers are eager for spacious properties that include a range of amenities specifically gyms, swimming pools, and child-care facilities, as well as access to shopping and leisure destinations.
