Experience Hub has announced the launch of the ‘Yas Wellness Program’ on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi’s premier leisure and entertainment hub, following the announcement of the reopening of Yas Theme Parks and attractions at 30% capacity and as part of the Island’s continued commitment to the health and safety of its guests and employees.
With Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi set to welcome annual pass holders on Tuesday 28th July, with all theme parks and CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi opening to all guests from Wednesday 29th July, the ‘Yas Wellness Program’will reassure visitors of Yas Island on the enhanced health and safety measures. Yas Island’s hotels will be open from Saturday 1st August.
The initiative offers all visitors, trade partners and prospective guests a direct line of communication to specially trained team members to answer all queries and concerns before they visit the island. Starting today, Yas Wellness Ambassadors are available across multiple platforms, including phone, social media, WhatsApp and email, to answer guests’ questions on the health and safety measures in place at the reopened Yas Theme Parks and attractions. The ambassadors will also be on hand to answer queries regarding openings and closures across the island, hotel reopening dates and eneral visitor information.
The health and safety of guests is Yas Island’s top priority and the destination has implemented a variety of precautionary measures to ensure that guests and employees feel safe at all Yas Theme Parks and attractions, as well as the hotels.
Yas Island has doubled the cleaning teams and reduced capacity across all attractions, increased the frequency of sanitization at frequent touch points and high traffic areas, and defined clear and separate entry and exit points. Social distancing policies are in place and all visitors are mandated to wear masks at all times. Non-compliance by visitors will lead to refusal of entry to the facilities.
Colleagues will have facemasks on at all times, with confirmed negative tests and their temperature checked regularly. In addition, the Yas Mall virtual customer service experience addresses all customer service needs through contactless tablet devices and contactless payment is encouraged.
These measures are in place to ensure returning guests have a safe and enjoyable experience across all Yas Island attractions.
The Yas Wellness Ambassadors can be reached via the Yas Concierge telephone line 600511115 email (wellness@yasisland.ae), and the Yas Island Facebook, Twitter and Instagram channels.
As part of its commitment to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, and in line with the precautions put in place to safeguard the health and wellbeing of staff and guests alike, Yas Waterworld will remain closed at the current time. The waterpark will continue to work alongside the concerned local authorities to prepare for its reopening.
