Hilton Abu Dhabhabi hosts a week-long Malaysian food festival at its all-day dining restaurant from August 25th – 31st.
Diners in the capital can sample authentic Malaysian dishes at La Terrazza from 6.30pm until 11pm with the special dinner menu designed by Chef Salim Hj Pawi, the hotel’s guest chef for the season.
Hailing from the Malaysian state of Sarawak, Chef Salim has been a part of the Hilton family since 2008. The dinner buffet is priced at AED 145* (soft drinks package) and AED 175* (alcohol package), and features traditional recipes from his homeland.
