ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon, today, proudly announced an agreement with Premier Motors naming Italian luxury automotive brand Maserati as the Official Car of the inaugural ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon 2018. Maserati joins Emporio Armani EA7 to bring sporty Italian style to the first-ever marathon to be held in the UAE capital.
In partnership with Premier Motors, the official Maserati dealer in Abu Dhabi, the iconic automotive brand will add a touch of Italian horsepower and striking design, as well as glamour and style, which the UAE and Abu Dhabi have become known for, at the open participation race event on December 7th.
In its official role at the event, the Maserati of SUVs – Levante, will lead the field of elite athletes topped with a clock, from ADNOC Towers Headquarters on the Corniche as they embark on their run around the city. Premier Motors will also supply Maserati Ghibli and Quattroporte vehicles to guide the additional various waves of the historic race.

Founded in 1914, Maserati’s reputation for ultra-luxury and high performance vehicles has cemented the automotive brand as one of the most iconic and recognisable in the world. Three models from its current range will be on hand in the days leading up to the event enabling the organisers with transporting the world-class elite athletes participating in the marathon when they arrive in the UAE capital.

Premier Motors will be displaying the Maserati Ghibli Ribelle at the event, which is a new limited edition from the Trident brand. The new Maserati ‘Ghibli Ribelle’, produced in a limited edition of just 200 cars for the EMEA markets and 21 of those for the Middle East and Africa region, offers owners exclusive design and elegant interior trims sharing a common denominator: the refined, sophisticated “Nero Ribelle” mica colour, which shows off the car’s unique design to exquisite effect.
Maserati joins fellow Italian fashion powerhouse Emporio Armani EA7 as sponsors of the event along with title sponsors ADNOC, supported by Abu Dhabi Sports Council, Tadweer Abu Dhabi Waste Management, AD Sports and Arab USF.
