Festival of Lights celebrations began in Ferrari World Abu Dhabi on Friday, November 9. Families were greeted by Khalil the Camel and Berto the Mechanic, dressed in the Indian traditional attire Kurta Pyjamas, with waves and warm welcoming hugs. With no time to spare, the celebrations began soon after the park entry with a vibrant parade and dancing that lead the joyful audience down to the La Piazza stage, where the the Dhamaal show and the Tamasha show took place.
Guests could not help but applaud and dance along to the array of performances that lit up the Park’s already vibrant atmosphere. Food lovers got to enjoy Indian inspired F&B food stations that served delicious Indian cuisines, while children explored their creativity at the craft corner by designing stunning paper lanterns with their parents. In addition, park visitors were especially delighted by the Speed of Light Illuminations, a strobe light and music spectacle, which transformed the park into a world of light.
The festive spirit continues throughout this week, filling the Region’s Leading Theme Park with roaming entertainment, including drummers and traditional Indian cycle rickshaws.
Ferrari World Abu Dhabi will be open between 11 AM and 8 PM throughout the Festival of Lights. The celebration is ongoing till November 17th.
