The Mall at World Trade Center Abu Dhabi (The Mall at WTCAD) is taking its guests on a culinary adventure with its Street Food Festival this month on Liwa Street from 14-29th December, serving everything from American pancakes to vegan delights, from freshly baked bagels and tandoor Indian kababs to Filipino barbeque.
Every day from 5:00pm – 10:00pm, The Mall at WTCAD will be home to a selection of street food stalls, stands and carts drawn from the 40 outlets from inside the Mall. Each outlet will serve small, sample-sized dishes from their menus, which can be purchased at pocket-friendly prices to encourage people to sample as many stalls as possible on their visit.
Participating outlets at The Street Food Festival include Sugar Factory, Pancake House, The Surf Café Abu Dhabi, Kebabs and Kurries, Bagel Factory, Dome, Tamba, Ihaw Juan Restaurant, Arab Udipip, Nandos and Backyard Bistro.
Taking inspiration from the night markets of Singapore, the Street Food Fest will also feature entertainment for all the family, including mesmerizing musical and street performers, colourful stands and lots of lights, designed to create a vibrant, festive atmosphere that delights families and friends. There will also be children’s workshops and face-painting for The Mall at WTCAD’s younger visitors.
This December, The Street Food Festival will mix an international menu of freshly prepared dishes from all around the menu with exciting music and entertainment, providing a fun-fueled, tasty day out for all the family.
