In the heart of a cultural oasis, The Designers’ Studio has opened its doors to provide inspirational, career-focused courses in interior design and programming for individuals who are looking to upskill and/or start a career within the Interior Design field. To cultivate and inspire creativity, Anam Clarke, the founder of The Designers’ Studio, has relocated her studio to a charming new premises located within The Courtyard in Al Quoz, Dubai, to further expand the business and incorporate new courses. In addition, the studio has relaunched its beginners courses in Abu Dhabi.
Recognizing the importance of location, The Designers’ Studio has shifted to a central hub for Arts and Design in Dubai, The Courtyard. The newly renovated studio is stocked up with all the necessary equipment and tools that are required for the creative mind to be explored. To provide students with an ideal learning environment, Anam Clarke has acquired a spacious studio with multifunctional classrooms led by a talented team of tutors and industry professionals, and a shared social space for students to work on their personal projects.
In parallel to The Designers’ Studio’s opening at The Courtyard, the studio is relaunching its courses at their Abu Dhabi branch starting this February 22nd. For four weeks at a time every Monday, beginner courses for different areas of interior design will run out of Art Central in Al Reem Island. The first 4-week program will focus on residential design from 9:00 to 13:00, and new courses will be announced as each program progresses.

Clarke possesses an impressive portfolio with more than 10 years of experience in interior design, working on projects within the Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Food and Beverage industries worldwide. With her profound background, Anam Clarke runs her successful Interior Design practice in the Middle East to combine her passion for art, architecture and design, and pass her extensive knowledge onto her students. As a highly-respected, female entrepreneur, Anam Clarke finds it important to create an environment for her students that boosts confidence and self esteem, and which supports parents to transition back into the workforce. Amplifying her credibility, Anam Clarke has won several awards for her work in design and has been featured in a variety of key publications such as Harper’s Bazaar, Inside Out, Grazia, Better Homes and Gulf News to name a few. Additionally, Clarke speaks at the annual Index Exhibition in the UAE and regularly writes a column for ‘Emirates Homes’.
