This October, The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi presents the highly anticipated debut of its refreshed 55 &5th The Grill restaurant offering an uplifting entertainment and an innovative dining experience, set in a seductive ambience.
Inspired by the address of the original St. Regis New York, the resort’s signature restaurant will be entering the “Big Band Era” with the arrival of the new South African resident band, The Jade Trio. Featuring the sensational vocalist, Jade McDonald along with Gerant Boje on bass and Andre Behnke on piano performing both classic and original Swing & Jazz swaying tunes.

With a background of running Michelin Star restaurants globally, Chef Manuel brings his passion for food and unique cooking techniques to the UAE capital. The seasonal menu is inspired by modern European cuisine and created using locally sourced farm-fresh ingredients. Packed with flavours and plated in a simple and yet refined presentation, every dish is as exciting as the next.
Enhancing the culinary discovery, the resort’s Head Sommelier, Steve Fernandes compliments the menu with extensive grape infused offerings and pairing concepts.
