Wonder Maze Amusement LLC announced today that it is debuting a new attraction called “The Wonder Maze”, the world’s largest mobile maze. The maze opened last weekend to the public in Umm Al Emarat Park, Abu Dhabi.
“The Wonder Maze”, the World’s largest mobile maze, covers an area of more than 30,000 square feet. Production of the maze took more than 30,000 man hours and installation in Umm Al Emarat Park another 1500 man hours. The maze structure consists of more than 25,000 square meter tarpaulin, 1,700 metres of column pipes and 8,000 metres of rope, to create the various paths and grids in a total length of 3,000 metres. This new attraction is set up at the Evening Garden lawn area of Umm Al Emarat Park and will be open to the public daily from 9.00 am to 11.00 pm till end of April 2019.
“The Wonder Maze” is designed and developed in modules, so the configuration of the paths will be changed regularly, to ensure that it stays intriguing for visitors with its many twists, turns and dead ends, and delivering great fun, for children and adults alike. At the centre, there is a viewing platform towering 5 meters high. From the centre of the maze, there is a direct “Quick Exit” route out of the maze, without having to walk all the way back again.
THE WONDER MAZE will test the participant’s sense of direction and memory as they find their way to the centre tower. THE WONDER MAZE is a fantastic outdoor learning environment testing the individual’s intellectual capabilities. It provides a practical opportunity to further develop children’s key competencies whilst addressing learning areas at all levels.
Most visitors will take about 30-45 minutes to find their way through the maze. The thrilling educational maze games will make the overall experience even more amazing.
