Nestled under the iconic dome of the Louvre Abu Dhabi and providing a sophisticated and elegant setting for an enchanting meal, the Bastille Day brunch starts with a delicate amuse-bouche of luxurious gravlax salmon adorned with Fouquet’s silky signature caviar and rich sarason cream.
The appetisers then presents a decadent serving of premium duck foie gras terrine, served with a spoon of homemade fig and roasted apple chutney, golden toasted brioche, and a drizzle of fleur de sel butter.
This sets the scene flawlessly for the sumptuous main of juicy grilled sirloin steak. Meticulously prepared with care and skill, the juicy, melt-in-the-mouth cut is complemented with fiery pepper sauce, fresh asparagus marinated in creamy hazelnut butter, and glazed pearl onions scattered on a pile of aromatic truffle mash.
Of course, no French feast is complete without a platter of handcrafted French cheeses. Served with chutneys, fruits, and various delicious sides, the cheese platter perfectly demonstrates why the country’s specialty cheeses are widely regarded to be the finest in the world.
Finally, the experience concludes with Chef Hugo Sipp’s bespoke Bastille Day macaron, comprising of the amazing flavours of fresh raspberry, vanilla cream, and litchi.
