Beginning with Nikkei House, this hub has transformed into a tribute to the renowned Japanese racetrack – The Suzuka Circuit, blending a harmony of colors, flavors, and aromas. Authentic dishes at Nikkei House include Salmon Teriyaki Donburi, featuring succulent salmon filets marinated in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce, served with sticky rice as well as fresh Tuna Tataki accompanied by the vibrant signature Nikkei sauce and a variety of Uramaki Rolls.
Staying true to its roots, the Mezze Bar is inspired by the hotel’s iconic Abu Dhabi’s track, offering traditional, flavorful, and aromatic Emirati dishes. Guests can indulge in an Assorted Cold Mezze Platter featuring smooth hummus, smoky baba ghanouj, fresh tabbouleh, and crispy fattoush. Guests will be able to feast on traditional Coconut Noodle Laksa Soup, a reflection of Singapore’s multicultural heritage, blending Chinese, Malay, and Indian influences into a warm, aromatic delight, alongside Singaporean Style Wonton Noodles, featuring tender chicken, crisp pak choy, and delicate wontons, all brought together in the signature Steam House Sauce. The Singaporean Stir Fry Chilli Prawn, with juicy prawns bathed in a rich blend of sweet, spicy, and savory sauce, is also not one to be missed.
To conclude the culinary experience on a sweet note, Italy’s most beloved racetrack – The Monza Circuit takes center stage at the Iconic Tart Van, guiding guests through a delightful journey of Italian desserts.
