TDIC Releases New Residential Units For Sale At The Landmark Mamsha Al Saadiyat

Gaming YouTube Stars Ali A, Clare Siobhan, Zerkaa & Vikkstar Coming To Abu Dhabi Next Month

International YouTube stars Ali A, Clare Siobhan, Zerkaa & Vikkstar will land in Abu Dhabi next month for Games Con 2017 alongside voice actor Chloe Hollings (Overwatch, Widowmaker), with a host of other guests still to be confirmed.

The event, taking place on 23-25 November at ADNEC, will deliver a packed agenda of cosplay, e-sports, tournaments, competitions and chances to play unreleased 2018 games such as Dissidia. Games Con’s 2017 roster of gaming YouTube stars will be competing live against each other on the event’s Entertainment Stage, in addition to taking part in Q&A sessions with the audience, meet-and-greet with fans, entertainment, masterclasses and prize give-aways.

The celebrities, all full-time YouTubers, have a combined total of over 26.7 Million subscribers to their channels – with Ali A having the largest following of 13.6 Million.  He has three Guinness World Records and one of the fastest growing channels on the video sharing platform.

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Recognized As Region’s Leading Theme Park 2017

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi has been awarded the title of Middle East’s Leading Theme Park for 2017, announced at the World Travel Awards gala event last night, as the park staved off growing local and international competition.

In honour of the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, The Mall at World Trade Center Abu (WTCAD) Dhabi hosted a significant awareness day in collaboration with Pink Caravan UAE on Friday the 27th October.

The Breast Cancer Day at The Mall aimed at raising awareness about the importance of early screenings, encouraging everyone in the capital to have an easy access to a complimentary clinical check-up and advises in a cheerful environment and enjoyable activities in The Mall.

The Day included a delightful musical performance by Amadeus Music Institute, complimentary check-ups offered by The Pink Caravan doctors and specialists, alongside many joyful activities that The Mall provided to all its visitors, including: a cake decoration class in collaboration with Wilton store at The Mall at WTCAD, pink still walkers impersonating ‘Marlin Monroe’ and entertaining all visitors around The Mall, complimentary manicure services, as well as a kids’ corner with fun activities during the day.

Cricket Legend Younis Khan Bats With Children And Emirates Palace Staff In A Morning Beach Clinic

Legendary Pakistani batsman Younis Khan visited Emirates Palace this morning to tour the iconic hotel and then to lead a special cricket skills clinic offering local school children the chance of a lifetime to play with a cricket superstar.

Because life at Emirates Palace isn’t all work following the clinic, fortunate Emirates Palace staff members who share a passion for the sport had the rare opportunity to play a match with the cricket legend. Khan presided over a friendly Pakistan vs. Sri Lanka match between staff members chosen for nationality and love of the game.

Khan also enjoyed time in our Bedouin tent with the kids, followed by a camel ride on our beach with one lucky young cricketer.

Pink Yoga Session Promotes Breast Cancer Awareness At The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi

Hotel guests got in the pink yesterday in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi hosted a session of ‘Pink Yoga’ to promote the health benefits of regular exercise – with all participants asked to wear the color.

Admission was complimentary for people staying at the resort, members of The St. Regis Athletic Club, where the class was held.

People who visit the hotel on or before Saturday will be greeted by a floral arrangement of blush-hued blooms in keeping with the annual health campaign, which is held around the globe each October.


The flowers will remain in the building’s main entrance until Saturday.
