The Abu Dhabi International Boat Show 2021 continued its activities for the second day in a row, amid a large audience of visitors interested in yachts, boats, marine sports and fishing equipment.
At the end of its first day, the exhibition was remarkably satisfying for the public, as 98% of the exhibition’s visitors expressed their satisfaction with their experience of visiting the event and their desire to visit the exhibition again in the next edition. Also, 98% of visitors indicated their satisfaction and sense of safety as a result of the precautionary and preventive measures applied in this year’s edition of the exhibition.
The exhibition, being held at ADNEC Marina on the waterfront of the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre until October 16, offers its visitors the opportunity to enjoy the range of boats, yachts and innovative new products from various companies in the UAE and the world. There are also be many exhibitors who are present showcasing recreational marine equipment as well as the latest fishing equipment, along with water entertainment activities and many other attractions.
The third edition of ADIBS boasts a variety of exciting and interactive activities, including the UAE Flyboarding Championship organised by Abu Dhabi International Marine Sports Club witnessing intense competitions between UAE amateur and pro athletes who will be showing off their skills and tricks on the water. The championship providing visitors with an exhilarating event where they can see pro flyboarders dive gracefully into the water then soar to up to 15 meters in the air. ADIBS will also include a variety of concerts and entertainment that ensure all family members have good times at the show.
Gourmets and cooking enthusiasts will also be able to enjoy live demonstrations at the Fishmarket attraction with award-winning Chef Manish Law, named one of the Middle-East’s top 50 Chefs by Hotelier Middle East magazine. During these cookery shows, Chef Law will prepare some of his signature dishes and share his recipes for making perfect meals that the audience can make at home, in addition to giving away prizes.
Visitors can also enjoy a game of golf and feed fish at the same time; Saadiyat Beach Golf Club provides golf training for enthusiasts where they will practice driving golf balls made from fish food as far you can into the water, with prizes being awarded for skill and style.
The Desert Shield Challenge is not to be missed, where Desert Shield Club will provide the first obstacle course in Abu Dhabi and the UAE, allowing children and adults alike to enjoy an exhilarating experience and do their best to overcome all obstacles in a healthy and fun environment. This activity includes a number of challengers and competitions such as the 30-second tire flipping competition. The winners will be announced and contacted after the conclusion of the show.
ADNEC has made sure to take all the necessary precautions for welcoming the visitors to ADIBS 2021, as the wellbeing and health of the participants, exhibitors, and visitors are at the top of its priority, and it has taken a wide range of precautionary and preventative measures developed in cooperation with various relevant sides.

Procedures for all visitors’ to the Show include being fully vaccinated and providing a PCR test made less than 48 hours before entry for everyone over 16. While children ages 12 to 15 require a PCR test made less than 48 hours before entry, and children aged 11 and under 12 do not require a PCR test.
