Popular restaurant at the DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island – ‘Vespa’ has undergone a culinary revival at the hands of Italian Sous Chef Luca Edoardo Napoleone, who has transformed the menu at the restaurant with inspiration drawn from the diverse landscape of various parts of Italy.

Vespa – a fun, friendly, family-style Italian restaurant, is set to take diners on a culinary journey through Europe, with dishes drawn from Chef Luca’s extensive experience as a chef in Italy, France and the UK.

Signature dish at Vespa is the pan-fried Mediterranean Seabass Fillet served with homemade focaccia, which transports the diner to the shores of the Mediterranean. This dish is especially memorable for Chef Luca because is really blends all the flovours of Italy in one plate.
