Guggenheim Abu Dhabi’s Contemporary Makers Cohort 3 is offering free hands-on woodworking workshops for aspiring creatives aged 18–25 in Abu Dhabi.
Taking place at MAKE, Abu Dhabi, the eight-week programme begins with a Woodworking Fundamentals workshop (9–13 September), followed by weekly sessions every Thursday from 24 September to 12 November, where participants will learn woodworking techniques, develop a project from concept to completion, and receive mentorship from artists and cultural professionals. No previous experience is required—just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
The programme concludes with a public showcase celebrating participants’ work and creative journey. Applications close on 16 August 2026.
